What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, you give us what the form asks for: your name, email address, phone number, and details about your request such as a property address, a price range, an area, or, on the agent page, your closings and where you work. Messages you type into the site's chat assistant are stored with the conversation so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically. Google Analytics records pages viewed, the device and browser used, approximate location from IP address, and the source that sent you here. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, logs technical data such as IP address and request headers. Neither identifies you by name.
How we use it
- To answer the request you sent: matching listings, a written price, a cash offer, a management quote, an answer to a question, or a call about affiliating.
- To contact you by phone, text message and email about that request, with your consent as described below.
- To understand how the site is used and keep it fast and secure.
- To meet legal and real estate record-keeping requirements.
Text messages and calls
Where you check the consent box on a form, you agree that Call Home Realty and Micha Kiel may call, text and email you about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of buying or selling anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end texts, or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent by emailing [email protected].
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the people needed to do what you asked: our service providers (Cloudflare for hosting and the chat assistant, Google for analytics, our email provider), the brokerage of record when a transaction or the law requires it, and third parties you ask us to involve, such as a lender, title company or inspector. We also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic; you can block them with your browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site works without them.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and for the record-keeping periods Florida real estate law requires, which is at least five years for transaction records. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We honor those requests unless a legal record-keeping duty applies, and we will tell you if it does.
Children
The site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
