Call Home Realty wants everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification and other assistive technology. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and test each release against them.

What is in place

• Every page is usable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus and a logical order.
• Text and background colors meet the WCAG contrast ratios, including text over photographs.
• Images carry descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Headings, landmarks and form labels are structured so screen readers can navigate them.
• Background video plays silently, never carries speech, and does not play at all for visitors who have reduced motion turned on in their device settings.
• Text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content, and the layout adapts to phones and tablets.

Known limits

The chat assistant is provided by a third party; if it does not work with your assistive technology, use the phone, text or email options on every page instead.
