CalSense Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CalSense, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use CalSense.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Call Home Realty ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of CalSense.

Description of Service

CalSense is a calendar management application designed for real estate professionals. The app helps you organize meetings, showings, closings, and other appointments by reading calendar data from your device through iOS EventKit.

CalSense provides features including:

• Unified view of calendars configured on your iOS device
• Meeting categorization for real estate activities
• One-tap access to video conference links
• Travel time alerts between appointments

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use CalSense on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute CalSense
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Subscriptions

CalSense offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions).

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the subscription plan you selected.

Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and any accounts used with CalSense
• All activity that occurs through your use of the app
• Ensuring your use of CalSense complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• The accuracy of information you enter into or access through the app

Intellectual Property

CalSense and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Call Home Realty and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The CalSense name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Call Home Realty. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CalSense is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will be available at all times or operate without interruption
• The app will be free of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• The app will meet your specific requirements
• Any information obtained through the app will be accurate or reliable

You use CalSense at your own risk. We are not responsible for any missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or other issues that may arise from your use of the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Call Home Realty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for CalSense in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of CalSense after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should stop using CalSense.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CalSense at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination, your right to use CalSense will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CalSense shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
