How do I add my calendars to CalSense?
CalSense reads calendars that are already configured on your iPhone through iOS. To add a calendar:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap Calendar > Accounts
- Tap Add Account and select your provider (iCloud, Google, Outlook, etc.)
- Sign in and enable Calendar sync
Once added, your calendars will automatically appear in CalSense.
What are meeting categories and how do I use them?
Meeting categories help you organize your real estate appointments by type:
- Showing – Property viewing with buyers
- Listing Appointment – Meeting with potential sellers
- Closing – Settlement and signing appointments
- Client Meeting – General client consultations
- Open House – Public or broker open houses
- Inspection – Property inspections
You can assign categories to your appointments within the app to keep your schedule organized.
How does one-tap video call join work?
CalSense automatically detects video conferencing links in your calendar events. When you view a meeting with a Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link, you will see a "Join" button that opens the video call directly in the corresponding app on your iPhone.
Does CalSense access my email or contacts?
No. CalSense only accesses calendar data through iOS EventKit. We do not access your email, contacts, photos, location, or any other personal data. All calendar processing happens on your device.
How do I manage my subscription?
CalSense subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find CalSense and tap to manage or cancel
You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
CalSense is not showing my calendar events. What should I do?
If your events are not appearing:
- Check that CalSense has calendar permission: Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars > enable CalSense
- Verify your calendar account is syncing: Settings > Calendar > Accounts
- Try force-quitting CalSense and reopening it
- If issues persist, restart your iPhone
