CalSense Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how CalSense handles your information when you use our iOS application. CalSense is developed by Call Home Realty.

CalSense is a calendar management app designed for real estate professionals. It reads your calendar data through iOS to help you organize showings, closings, and client meetings.

Important: By using CalSense, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use CalSense.

What Information We Access

Calendar Data

CalSense accesses your calendar data through iOS EventKit. This allows the app to display events from calendars you have configured on your device, such as iCloud, Google Calendar, or Outlook. CalSense can read:

• Event titles, dates, times, and durations
• Event locations and notes
• Attendee information
• Recurrence patterns

App Preferences

CalSense stores your app preferences locally on your device, including:

• Display settings and appearance preferences
• Meeting category assignments
• Notification preferences

What We Do NOT Access

CalSense does not access:

• Your contacts or address book
• Your photos or media library
• Your location (CalSense does not track your device location)
• Your messages or communications
• Any other personal files on your device

Data Storage and Processing

All data processing happens entirely on your device. CalSense does not upload your calendar events, meeting details, or any personal information to external servers.

Local Storage Only

• Calendar data is read directly from iOS and displayed in the app
• App preferences and settings are stored locally on your device
• No calendar data is transmitted to Call Home Realty servers
• No calendar data is shared with third parties

Data Retention

CalSense does not maintain a separate copy of your calendar data. When you close the app, it reads fresh data from iOS the next time you open it. App preferences remain on your device until you:

• Reset app data within the app settings
• Delete the CalSense app from your device

Third-Party Services

CalSense does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Specifically:

• No analytics SDKs are included in the app
• No advertising networks are integrated
• No user behavior tracking is performed
• No data is sold to or shared with data brokers

The only external interaction is with Apple for in-app purchases and subscription management, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Security

CalSense relies on the security features built into iOS to protect your data:

• On-Device Processing: Your calendar data never leaves your device
• iOS Sandboxing: CalSense can only access its own storage area
• Encrypted Storage: iOS provides encryption at rest for app data

You are responsible for protecting your device with a passcode or biometric lock and keeping your device software up to date.

Children

CalSense is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of CalSense after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
