By downloading or using AI Lucky Ticket, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

No Ticket Purchase
AI Lucky Ticket does not sell tickets, place bets, or submit entries. You are responsible for verifying rules, eligibility, and numbers with official lottery sources.
Premium Features and State Access
Free Tier
Free users may be limited to a single active state after selection. Location access is optional and may be used to suggest a state. You can always choose a state manually.
Premium
Premium may unlock additional states and features. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds and billing are governed by Apple's policies and your Apple account settings.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the app, your lottery participation decisions, and compliance with your local rules.
Prohibited Use
Do not reverse engineer, interfere with app operation, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
The app, its content, and branding are owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws.
