Key Points: We do not sell your personal information. Data we process is not used to track you across apps or websites. Data is not linked to your identity because no account is required.

Data We Collect and Process

Identifiers

Device Identifier: We use a device identifier to manage your subscription status and purchase entitlements through our payment processor, RevenueCat. This identifier is an anonymous ID that is not linked to your personal identity.

Diagnostics

Crash Data: We collect crash logs through Sentry to identify and fix app crashes. Crash reports include technical information about the error, device type, and operating system version. They do not include personal information.

Performance Data: We collect app performance metrics through Sentry to monitor app health and identify performance issues. This includes app launch times, screen load times, and error rates.

On-Device Storage

State Selection: Your selected state is stored on your device so the app remembers your choice.

Preferences: Settings such as your preferred options are stored locally on your device.

This on-device data is not transmitted to our servers.

Optional Location

If you choose to allow it, the app may request approximate location to suggest your state. Location access is optional. If you deny permission, you can select a state manually. We do not require or use precise location.

All purchases are processed directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy practices apply to payment processing.

How We Use Information

On-device settings remain until you change them or delete the app. Diagnostic data (crash reports and performance metrics) is retained by Sentry according to their data retention policies, typically for 90 days. Purchase entitlement data is retained by RevenueCat as long as you have an active subscription or for the period required to provide purchase history.

Children

AI Lucky Ticket is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
